The financial impact of Covid-19 has led many unincorporated charities to reconsider their legal structure, given the potential for personal trustee liability.
In this session, Gareth Roy will discuss with participants the benefits of incorporating their charity, including the protection it offers to trustees, and will explain the process of incorporating into either a charitable company or a charitable incorporated organisation.
Delivered by Gareth Roy, a Russell-Cooke law specialist.
