*Analyse and challenge ways of thinking to practice changing negatives into positives
*Identify your concerns and realize what we can and cannot control
*Explore strategies for increasing assertiveness and decision making
*Develop confidence for coping with change
*Identify tips to help motivate and inspire you to stretch your boundaries, take on and overcome challenges
