There are only 52 weeks in a year, 7 days in a week, 24 hours in a day and 60 minutes in an hour. This means that we need to ensure we use our time wisely and accomplish more with less effort and less stress – both at work and in our personal lives. This online training session is for busy people who want to be able to manage their time better. This online training will be delivered by Zoryna O'Donnell, MBA, MSc, FInstLM, GQHP. Zoryna is an experienced coach, mentor, trainer, public speaker and author.
