Know that feeling of your heart beating faster in response to a stressful situation? Or perhaps, instead, your palms get sweaty when you’re confronted with an overwhelming task or event. That’s anxiety — our body’s natural response to stress
Whilst it is very normal to experience anxiety, there are ways to manage it well and ensure it doesn't impact your day or response to a situation.
In this session we will:
•Explore what could be our triggers for anxiety
•Consider ways for preventing and managing anxiety
•Be able to identify concerns and control levels in everyday situations
