Research is beginning to reveal that positive thinking is about much more than just being happy or displaying an upbeat attitude. Positive thoughts can actually create real value in your life and help you build skills that last much longer than a smile.
In this course you will establish a lasting ability to think more positively and manage your emotions.
In these sessions you will:
· Consider what we mean by positive thinking within life and work contexts
· Identify the signs of healthy and unhealthy work/life balances
· Give examples of a good work/life balance tailored to your preferences
· Identify unhealthy habits and consider why we accept these
