Community First are very excited to be recruiting a number of new job opportunities within our Health and Wellbeing team.
We are looking for a number of enthusiastic and committed individuals to work across a range of projects in these exciting new roles.
Funded by our Health partners, you will be working with individuals and organisations, providing high quality, individually tailored support ensuring the most vulnerable in our communities. Giving people the opportunity to access the high quality support needed to maintain and maximise their independence, health and wellbeing.
The successful candidates will ideally have proven experience of working in the voluntary or social care sector and have the ability to work with individuals with a range of needs. The candidates will need to be articulate and able to manage their own workload whilst maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, service users and health professionals.

We are recruiting for the following:
- 2 self-motivated and innovative Wellbeing Co-ordinators, 37 hours pw, to coordinate and work across a range of projects including reducing dependence on Health Services, oversight of a Digital Champion project and coordinating Core20 plus5 community connectors. You will be coordinating projects in across areas of Hampshire with a focus on East Hampshire, Havant and Fareham.
- 2 Wellbeing Workers FT, 37 hours pw, who are passionate about improving peoples Health and Wellbeing. You will be self-motivated and work to enable individuals to maintain and improve their wellbeing whilst developing resilience and confidence to help them live as independently as possible. Experience of managing a team of volunteers is desirable.
- 2 x Wellbeing Workers PT, 25 hours per week. These roles will provide telephone/online support those with more complex needs using a strength-based approach, enabling access to community services who are able to provide more intensive support, and the opportunity for improved access to a full range of services that are available in our communities.
