Full-time: 37 hours per week
Salary: circa £23k + benefits
Based in Fareham but with home working and flexibility to travel to offices and locations throughout Hampshire

We have an exciting opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Marketing Officer to join Community First. This varied full-time role is central to Community First’s operations and growth; helping to communicate with target audiences, promote our services and grow our membership offer for charities and voluntary groups.
Working with our Marketing and Communications Manager you will be at the heart of implementing an ambitious marketing strategy by establishing a professional influencer, referrer and client centric presence, generating leads and raising awareness of our brand.
The position will suit someone with marketing experience and the ability to produce engaging social media posts, presentations and materials to promote a non-profit organisation. If you have strong interpersonal skills and either have or are working towards a relevant marketing qualification we’d love to hear from you.
