Community First's Help and Support Directory is an easy to use directory of local community services. It has been created to help people connect with support services and community groups where they live.
On Sunday 6th October, RASAC staff will be running in the Clarendon Marathon to raise funds for survivors of rape and sexual abuse. All donations will go towards helping the service to provide counselling for more survivors.
Steve, Andy, Heidi and Susan from RASAC will be tackling the challenging off-road team course, which they hope to complete in about 4 hours if the weather is on their side. A team from Friends of RASAC are also running, with whom the staff team will have some friendly competition for a common cause!
Please wish our team luck and clear skies on Sunday.
If you would like to support their efforts and support the survivors who they work with, you can donate via RASAC’s JustGiving page.
RASAC offers a free, confidential listening and support service for all genders and ages who have been raped and/or sexually abused at any time in their lives and are suffering from sexual trauma as a consequence of their unwanted experiences.
