This 2 1/2 hour fast paced online session on Thursday 5th Dec will be packed with engagement techniques, reflection and support.

This course provides the knowledge and skills to design and deliver a venue or online training course to support you into being self employed or working in an educational environment and giving you new skills to deliver content at your workplace.

Course Objectives:
1. Understanding your learners and setting training goals.
2. Assessing training needs
3. Planning sessions that engage your learners and accommodate their learning styles.
4. Create interactive, engaging training material and develop IT tools and knowledge.
5. Managing challenging learners and difficult topics.
6. Goal assessment tools for learners and organisations.

Who would benefit: Whether you are a complete beginner or want to brush up on your training skills this course will help you build skills and confidence.

This session will be led by Morya Short who brings over 10 years of experience delivering training in charities and businesses. As a trainer and coach, she specializes in brain-friendly techniques and incorporating wellbeing into training. With a background in IT and entrepreneurship, Morya offers a unique perspective and a wide range of skills. She holds qualifications in Education and Training, Applied Psychology, Mental Health First Aid, Mental Health Advocacy, working with individuals with learning disabilities, and Thriving coaching.
