Conflicts can happen in any workplace and in any sector – public, private or non-profit, no matter how many employees are in the organisation. Conflict is immensely costly to organisations - wherever it arises. Conflict is a major cause of stress in the workplace and it can lead to breakdown of working relationships, loss of productivity, longstanding grievances, absenteeism and financial loses.
The Conflict Management in the Workplace training is designed to equip managers and supervisors with essential knowledge and the skill required to recognise, manage and resolve conflicts in the workplace and to create more positive outcomes for their teams and organisations. This training session will cover the following key elements:

By the end of this training, participants will understand the dynamics of a conflict situation and their role in managing conflict in the workplace to ensure that they maximise individual and team performance.
This 3-hour training session will be delivered by Zoryna O'Donnell, MBA, MSc, FInstLM, GQHP. Zoryna is an experienced coach, mentor, trainer, public speaker and author. She is an alumna of The Neuroscience Academy, a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), a Fellow of The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), a Mentor of the Warwick Business School (WBS) Mentoring Programme, a tutor and a coach at the Academy of Women's Leadership, and a Resilience Coach of the National Coaching and Mentoring Support Programme (Solace and LGA)
