This is a four week course on 15th, 22nd February and 1st and 8th March 2023
This course is being offered free with the funding we receive to person's whose home address is in Havant and who are on benefits or looking for work.
This course will promote independence in using IT skills on their own devices by learning from the tutor and each other. Each learner will enhance their learning through use, practice and learning through others on the course.
By the end of the course learners will be able to:
1. Access Settings on their chosen device and find what they are looking for
2. Know the five P’s which will prepare them mentally for their computer learning
3. Set a SMART goal to assist them in their computer learning.
4. Set up accounts as necessary on their chosen device.
5. Move between their chosen Apps and effectively use them and download new ones as required.
6. Move photos and documents as required on their chosen device
7. Use The Cloud on their chosen device and to view it on a second device if they have one.
