Terms and Conditions for Training
These will be sent out to you one week before the course date. Community First reserves the right to cancel courses where there are insufficient attendees. In this event full refunds will be given.
Payment can be made by PayPal (PayPal cannot be used for MiDAS training courses), we can also invoice your organisation (details to be included on the booking form), BACS payment details, or by cheque, details found on the payments page of the website.
Failure to attend a booked place or failure to cancel within 2 weeks before the course taking place will result in your organisation being invoiced for the full cost of that place.
We would appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend as a waiting list may be operating.
Refreshments are supplied at all courses but please bring your own lunch for full day courses, unless stated otherwise in the joining instructions. Registration is 15 minutes prior to the start time of the course and we would appreciate if you could arrive early for registrations so courses can begin promptly.
