With over 25 years’ experience leading and managing not-for-profit organisations in Hampshire and London, Tim has a background in community development and extensive experience working with disadvantaged communities. He is a passionate advocate for the vital role that charities and voluntary organisations play alongside statutory bodies and businesses in promoting and improving community health and wellbeing, economic prosperity, and social inclusion.

Tanya, a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years experience, both in professional practice and in the charity sector, is committed to ensuring that Community First's success is maintained by strong financial management and planning for the future.
Alex Barrett

Alex brings over 20 years’ commercial experience, having held senior roles in the leisure and energy efficiency sectors and most recently growing a marine engineering business. Inspired by his role as a community group trustee, he’s committed to helping Community First diversify income, broaden service access, and grow impact whilst keeping people at its heart.
