Shopmobility is a community service that provides mobility scooters to anyone who cannot manage to get around the town or local area easily.
Regardless of your age, have a temporary or permanent disability, or are even just a little unsteady on your feet, we can help you maintain your independence! We have a selection of mobility scooters and wheelchairs available to hire on a short or long term basis.
Community First runs a Shopmobility service in Fareham, Chichester and Winchester. We also offer scooter and equipment hire at events, see below.
Please note: Pre booking is essential due the Covid 19 Pandemic
Before using us, we will help you decide whether a wheelchair or scooter is the best option. We will give you full training and a demonstration of how to use the equipment safely and effectively; this training is important to ensure that the scooter or wheelchair meets your needs and that you are able to have full control in a safe and confident manner.
We can also deliver your scooter or wheelchair to your home or holiday address and the smaller models can even fit in the back of your car, if you wish to take them away on holiday with you.
