Fareham Community Showcase 2026

Featuring a variety of stalls, entertainment, and activities, the event on Saturday July 4th from 10am to 4pm at Bath Lane Recreation Ground, run by Community First and funded by Fareham Borough Council, offers local organisations a unique opportunity to connect with residents, attract new volunteers, and fundraise, all while celebrating the incredible community spirit of Fareham.
Following the success of last year’s event, which saw a great turnout from both community groups and visitors, the 2026 showcase promises to be bigger and better as we are moving venues to Bath Lane recreation ground.
This year, we will be part of Fareham’s Big Weekend, the Borough’s annual family-friendly festival and our Showcase, taking place on Saturday 4th July, will sit within a wider programme of family-friendly attractions and entertainment taking place on Bath Lane Recreation Ground.

Organisations and groups to be confirmed.

If you’d like to spread awareness of your cause, you can sign up here.

To make participation simple and comfortable, we will provide exhibitors with space inside our large, shared marquee along with a table and 2 chairs for each exhibitor.

You will only need to bring your own promotional materials.
Community First will be running a mini‑bus shuttle between Civic Centre North car park and the event site in the morning to the recreation ground and at 4pm to return to the car park after the event.

Tim Houghton, Chief Executive of Community First, said: “The Fareham Community Showcase is all about bringing people together. It’s a fantastic opportunity for local groups to raise awareness, meet potential volunteers, and celebrate the incredible work they do.

“Last year’s event was a huge success, and we’re excited to welcome even more organisations and visitors this year. Whether you’re part of a charity, a community club, or just passionate about getting involved locally, we’d love to see you there.”
