Learn Lab: Exploring GROW coaching model to support your Team (1 hour)

Using a coaching style in leadership empowers employees to take ownership of their development, fostering a sense of autonomy and engagement as well as job satisfaction. In this session we will explore how to use the GROW model to support your team.

By the end of the session, you will be able to:

  • Describe the four stages of the GROW model: Goal, Reality, Options, Will.
  • Discuss how the model can improve employee performance, engagement, and development in your organization.
  • Plan your next steps for using the GROW model as a leader.

Trustee Roles and Responsibilities

These session run for two and a half hours online and cost £65 per person

Discover what makes up good Governance, learning what the Charity Commission expects of a charity trustee and what you can expect in terms of how it works (and what you will have to do!). Updated to reflect the revisions to the Charities Act, this is essential training for anyone thinking of running a charity.

Support and Change

These session run for two and a half hours online and cost £65 per person

Coaching skills for supporting Service users.

In this short course you will explore:

  • Benefits of coaching conversations that promote connection, support and change.
  • Do’s and don’ts of coaching conversations.
  • Approaches to coaching for change conversations – strength based approach.
  • How the brain works with habit change – barriers and opportunities.
  • Developing goals and action plans
  • Discover key behaviour change techniques that can be used when action planning
  • Resources – connecting with inner resources, plus “your body is a pharmacy”, online resources, local resources. 4 core objectives will be: Explain how you will use one or more of the change support strategies explored in the sessions.
  • Describe the strength based approach and two situations where you can use this approach in your context.
  • List 3 dos and don’ts of coaching conversations.
  • Describe the main strategy for overcoming “automatic thinking”
