Our schemes offers grants across the Borough and priority is given to groups whose aims reflect the Council’s priorities of enabling a healthier Eastleigh, shaping places, protecting our environment, and creating homes and communities.

At least 40% from each ticket sold goes to support the Fareham area, and there’s a £25,000 jackpot to be won every week!
The Town Council awards grants, at its absolute discretion, to not-for-profit, charitable or volunteer organisations or worthy causes which can demonstrate a clear need for financial support to achieve an objective which will benefit the Town by:
Providing a service
Enhancing the quality of life
Improving the environment
Promoting Eastleigh in a positive way
If you are a grassroots not for profit community organisation seeking funding for your work in the region of Hampshire (including Portsmouth and Southampton) and the Isle of Wight, HIWCF may be able to help.
The vision for Adults’ Health and Care as detailed in the strategy is “for Hampshire residents to live long, healthy and happy lives with the maximum possible independence”. These grants are designed to support this vision Across Hampshire there are local initiatives, support networks and services achieving positive outcomes for adults every day.
