Community First Home Services is seeking to increase our workforce of Self-employed Home Helps and Gardeners in Fareham and surrounding areas. This a great opportunity to grow your own business and manage a workload to suit your lifestyle.

Our gardening service provides cost-effective assistance for older/vulnerable people, who need assistance to maintain their garden, helping them to improve their quality of life and keeping them living safely and independently at home.

Location:  Fareham

Hours: Flexible

Do you love gardening and have a few hours to spare?

Do you want to:

• Be self employed
• Work flexible hours Monday to Friday
• Manage your own workload?

We are looking for gardeners to help support older and vulnerable clients with low-level gardening work, including:

• Weeding
• Mowing
• Light trimming & tidying of shrubs
• Low hedge trimming

And you will need to be:

• Compassionate and empathetic
• Excellent communicators and can build rapport easily
• Trustworthy, conscientious, reliable and punctual
• Flexible and able to show initiative
• Good listeners
