Watch Fareham and Gosport Voluntary Sector Health Forum’s June meeting
The Fareham & Gosport Voluntary Sector Health Forum was held on Thursday 24 June 2021.
Following on from attendees being welcomed, Community First’s Health and Wellbeing Manager, Jackie Hartless, provided a brief Fareham and Gosport area Community & Voluntary Sector update.
David Ward, Head of Communications and Engagement, Southampton, Hampshire & Isle of Wight Partnership of CCGs and Dr Ros Sexton, Clinical Director, Coastal PCN, provided a CCG update including about the progress of COVID-19 vaccinations locally.
Melanie Whitfield-Tinkler, Charity Director, Harbour Cancer Support explained about the services it offers. Melanie also described how the charity is preparing for opening up as COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
Then followed Terri Parkin, Bereavement Coordinator, Bereavement Care, who described their bereavement services and how they have been operating during and will be operating post COVID-19.
