Community First invites our members to join us on 23rd June 2021 for our first Members Insight Event!

This workshop will be a valuable opportunity to gain expert insights into volunteer engagement.

We are excited to have Dr Debra Gray as our speaker, who will present the findings of her research into volunteering, before and during Covid. Evidence gathered during this research can be used practically to help your organisation build upon the spirit of community and social action we have seen in the last year.

This workshop will:

Challenge some of the myths and perceptions held about volunteering
Identify the positive impact of volunteering on wellbeing
Offer practical solutions on recruiting and retaining a happy volunteer team

Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss how these insights can be applied at your organisation in breakout rooms, guided by a Community First facilitator.
