Course Aims:
Identify the different aspects of managing, supporting and retaining volunteers and staff. Examine ideas and practical actions to use within your organisations

Course Objectives:
•Identify volunteer requirements for induction and training
•Discuss Volunteer Agreements
•Discuss how to manage difficult situations with volunteers
•Identify legal requirements and best practices
•Identify ways of motivating volunteers, provide ongoing support and commitment
•Meet others to discuss their own best practice, ideas and ways of implementing the volunteering process
