Identify the different aspects of managing, recruiting and retaining volunteers and staff. Examine ideas and practical actions to use within your organisations

•Identify Volunteer recruitment, induction and training requirements
•Discuss Volunteer Agreements Vs Contracts
•Identify legal requirements and best practices
•Determine ways of motivating volunteers, provide ongoing support and commitment
•Meet others to discuss their own best practice, ideas and ways of implementing the volunteering process
Community First Essentials is a suite of online workshops tailored specifically for our VCSE Members. Evidenced by the needs of the sector; they support good practice and offering training in the skills and tools required to manage a thriving and sustainable community organisation.
