Catch up with the Alton Health & Wellbeing Partnership

The July meeting is now available to watch back online!

The Alton Health & Wellbeing Partnership was held virtually on 7th July 2021.

Following on from attendees being welcomed, Community First’s Health and Wellbeing Manager, Jackie Hartless, provided a brief Community & Voluntary Sector update.

Kirsty Cope, Sports Development and Health and Wellbeing Officer, East Hants District Council gave an update on East Hampshire Welfare Strategy and funding that will be used to commission projects that meet the needs and priorities of the Strategy.

A short training session on Practical Steps to Funding was delivered by Zoryna O’Donnell, who says: “I have a lot of experience of being on both sides – applying for a variety of grants to local, national and international grant giving organisations and being on the funding panels of local and international grant-giving organisations.”

Finally, attendees took part in a short discussion on Future of the Alton Health & Wellbeing Partnership – What do you want from this group? led by Jess Berry.
