Alton Health & Wellbeing Partnership – Catch up with the latest online meeting

The Alton Health and Wellbeing Partnership, run by Community First, North Hampshire CCG and East Hampshire District Council, met for a virtual zoom meeting on 17th March 2021. We were delighted that 36 people attended this Forum, sharing updates on activities, health developments and projects that have been working to support local people during lockdown.

The partnership is aiming to promote healthy lifestyles and active communities, reduce social isolation, improve access to information and support, reduce health and diversity inequalities and encourage self-reliance, supportive families and communities.

Jackie Hartless from Community First said “There is some fantastic work taking place in Alton and the surrounding villages and this Forum is an ideal place for us to see how we can all work better together, in order to help communities and local people to become healthier and less socially isolated.”
