Fareham June Tea Party Hosted by Community First Home Services

Community First Home Services was delighted to host a tea party in Fareham on Monday, June 1st, for some of our wonderful Home Help, Transport, and Shopmobility clients who were also invited to bring a guest each.

The attendees were picked up from their homes with our minibuses and brought together where they enjoyed tea, scones, and cake along with good conversation and company. Home Helps, Community First office staff, and volunteers were also on hand to provide information on many of our services, including Home Help, Gardening, Shopmobility, and Transport services.

Thank you to the wonderful Clare at the Leigh Park Centre for sorting us out with the lovely catering options!

Our tea party has been a lovely opportunity to thank just a few of our clients and also let them and their guests know of the other services Community First can offer.”

It was fantastic to hear the chatter between people who had never met before and left feeling like they had made new friends.

Our Community First team members on hand also had the extra feel-good feeling bonus of knowing all these clients for our services who joined us now know even more support is available to them. It’s always nice bringing services together and sharing the work we do.
