Alton Health and Wellbeing Partnership

About

The Alton Health and Wellbeing Partnership is a meeting point for the health services and more than 120 members of a range of community and health groups that support people with health conditions.

The Health and Wellbeing Partnership is run by Community First alongside Hampshire & Isle of Wight Integrated Care System in north Hampshire and East Hampshire District Council.

The Health and Wellbeing Forums is a meeting point for health services and Voluntary Community Social Enterprise (VCSE) groups and organisations that support people with improving their health and wellbeing and reducing health inequalities.

Membership

The Forum is open to all health and disability related support groups, clubs and charities in Alton and surrounding areas,  with the aim of improving the health and well-being of their members. Representatives of the health and social care professionals will also attend.
