We host a wide range of activities and fitness classes that are suited to all ages and abilities. You can enjoy a multitude of activities in the sports hall, including badminton, table tennis, short tennis, netball, and 5-a-side football. Or join our led and organised sessions of Walking Football and Level 1 & 2 Netball.
Our studio plays host to a variety of different classes. Whatever your fitness goals may be, you will be able to find the right class for you! The social nature of the classes also means you can meet new people too. We cater to all ages and abilities with a welcoming space and friendly atmosphere.
The Wellbeing Café is open 7 days a week, for breakfast, lunch, hot and cold drinks. We also have a range of hand-made and home-made cakes, and freshly baked pastries daily. Free Wi-Fi is available within the café so why not work from here instead of home and have refreshments at your fingertips. Enjoy our welcoming café music, homely interiors and vibrant artwork created by local artists including a member of our team.

We look forward to welcoming everyone, we are working hard to provide a timetable for all ages, our activities and classes will develop over the coming months and as things hopefully become a little less restricted, we look forward to maximising the number of people using the centre at the same time.
