What are Gosport Healthy Walks?

Everyone is invited to come along and enjoy the great outdoors in a friendly and welcoming environment. All the walks are free and accessible and you don’t need any special footwear or equipment.

Our walks are led by trained volunteer Walk Leaders and give local people the opportunity to:

  • Walk at a pace they can manage
  • Improve their fitness
  • Enjoy the sociable company of others

Gosport’s Healthy Walks last between 30 and 90 minutes and suit people of varied abilities.

Take your first steps

For an up-to-date walking schedule, visit Community First’s Gosport Healthy Walks Facebook page.

Programmes are not currently being printed, but we hope to distribute walk details at Community First’s Gosport office, and in local libraries.

No booking is required, so if you would like to join a walk, please simply turn up on the day! If you have any questions, please email bethany.fisher@cfirst.org.uk or call 02392 583836.

Your questions answered…
