Health Walks

 Fareham Healthy Walks

Our walks are led by trained Volunteer Walk Leaders and offer local people the opportunity to:

  • Walk at a pace they can manage
  • Improve their fitness
  • Enjoy the sociable company of others

Walks last between 30 and 90 minutes and suit people of varied abilities. Our programme indicates length, ease, and accessibility for each walk so that you can join us for the walks that will suit you.

New Forest Healthy Walks

New Forest Healthy Walks Scheme encourages people of all ages to join regular, short walks in their own communities.

Healthy Walks are fun, free, supportive and led by trained volunteers

.

Our walks help boost the health of participants whilst enjoying local, natural spaces in the company of others. The social side of walking can be as important for well-being as the walk itself.

Getting started is easy, simply complete a Walker Registration form on your first walk.
